turtles,cranes and giggles!

Who would of thought 3 miles down the road from our house would be such an exciting place for Baylie. The wilderness center was a fun, free, and adventurous place for our family to go on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. My main reason for going was to walk this baby out, which has not happened yet, I had not realized that Baylie would love nature so much. It is amazing to see all of God's beauty out in nature. We seen Geese fly into the ponds, turtles sun basking on the pipes in the water, frogs hopping into the water, and a gorgeous water crane. We went on the 1 1/2 mile walk, there were two ponds, and an observation tower. Baylie and Chris walked to the top of the observation tower, and she loved doing the stairs, once was not enough for her, she just wanted to keep going back up. Chris being the great dad that he is kept counting the stairs as they were walking up them. At the very top she counted the whole way to 4 by herself.

I enjoyed being able to breath in the fresh air, and listening to the geese honk, or when they would fly into the pond, it was a awesome site. On the hike Chris found a vine hanging from some of the huge trees, he was swinging on them, and of course Baylie just had to do it to. She couldn't hold on by her self, but with Chris's help she loved swinging. Every time she got to swing she giggled with so much delight. It was such a memorable time with my family, and it made me realized to cherish every moment with them and that all you need is a little nature to be happy!
