Marc holding Mason for the first time, I think he needs to come and baby sit for me :)
Someone told Baylie to bite the turtles head off, so of course she did.

She did so good opening all the cards.

Aunt Jenna and Uncle Adam bought her a tinkerbell outfit.

Then they made her put it on. Poor Baylie, but I think she secretly loved it.

Great Grandma Mullet gave this tea set to her, and she has not stopped playing with it yet, I didn't know she knew how to have a tea party.
Wow so this weekend was loaded with fun. On Friday my brother came to Ohio to visit us.We very rarely get to see him so it is always exciting when we get to spend time with him. So late that night my parents brought him over to see us. It was so nice to see Marc hold Mason, i don't think he minding holding him either, mostly because Marc could give him back. His baby knowledge it not really up to par, so some of his questions about babies were keeping us laughing.

Saturday evening we had Baylies 2nd birthday party. I would say it was a bit much to have 18 people in our small house, especially 2 weeks after having Mason. I think it all worked out though. Every year Chris's mom makes whatever kind of cake the kids want for their birthday. This year we decided that a ocean cake would be suiting, because Baylie loves sea animals. So Baylie had her own turtle cake, which she loved. She was told to bite the head off and of course she did, then all the legs, and she then continued to lick the frosting off. I'm not really sure how much cake she had, I just know she was very hyper late that night. After the cake eating we opened presents. She did a very good job, and of I did have to help a little, otherwise we may have been there all night. She received such nice gifts. To name a few, she got a cleaning cart, sweeper, books, movies, play do, build a bear, and a Tinkerbell custom. Baylie wore the Tinkerbell custom all around the house that night, she loved it. We are just so thankful that we have friends and family that we could share her special day with.
Sunday came so fast this weekend. We still have not ventured to Church on Sunday, I'm starting to really get frustrated, because my week does not feel right without being at church. The reason for staying home is Apple Creek has been plagued with the flu bug, and the last thing we need is Mason to get the flu. So we stayed home as a family until noon and then we went over to my parents house. We had a very yummy lasagna lunch. We were there most of the night, since Marc was in. We played settlers, and then scum. Scum is such a fun game that I rarely ever play, and nothing has changed with playing games with our family. Jenna, still whines when she is losing and then is as happy as she can be when she is winning. Marc is sneaky and can always talk people into what he wants, this is why he was president most of the night. Mom always clams she forgets how to play and hides her cards under the table, then all of a sudden she is the one winning the game. Dad doesn't really care about winning or losing he just likes to spend time with the family, so this is why he hung out with Baylie the whole night. As for Adam I just started playing games with him, and he is just to nice and you can talk him into doing anything. Chris just doesn't care, if I didn't make him play I don't think he would play games at all. And of course I'm just way to competitive, but that is starting to fade since I have kids I have to be concerned about all the time. Either way the Weekend was fun, but would have been more fun with Alicia who we all missed this weekend. There is nothing like spending time with family, especially when you feel your life getting to stressed.
